Bragg Gaming Group is nearing the completion of its purchase of Spin Games, having secured all required clearances from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. The transaction is projected to conclude in the first quarter of 2022.

This acquisition represents a significant milestone for Bragg Gaming, a Canadian firm, in its efforts to enter the profitable US market. Spin Games, a US-based iGaming and technology supplier, has a strong presence in the area and existing collaborations with major industry players. Bragg Gaming had initially revealed the agreement earlier this year.

Leveraging Spin Games’ established customer base and its executive team, spearheaded by founder and CEO Kent Young, Bragg aims to capitalize on a market estimated to exceed $180 billion by the close of 2022.

“This strategic move considerably broadens our scope in content revenue generation and market opportunity,” stated Yaniv Spielberg, Chief Strategy Officer at Bragg Gaming. “Spin’s robust relationships with prominent US iGaming operators and its skilled leadership group, under the direction of Kent Young, will be pivotal in our expansion. We foresee a substantial growth in our overall addressable market, reaching over $180 billion by year-end 2022.”

Sharing Spielberg’s optimism, Young remarked, “We are incredibly enthusiastic about joining forces with Bragg Gaming. Their capacity to deliver on their growth plan, both in the short and long term, is remarkable.”

The combination is progressing according to schedule, and we’re excited to begin operations as soon as all the details are settled.”

Bragg also revealed encouraging developments regarding their expanding footprint in the Netherlands. They currently hold a substantial position there, supporting the systems of two prominent iGaming companies and supplying material to two more. It appears they are only beginning, with ambitions for further growth in the coming year.
