The FBM organization recently initiated a novel educational program in the Philippines entitled “Leaders for Leaders.” Concentrating on the Rizal province, they commenced operations last week in the municipality of Tanay, establishing an enhanced supportive academic atmosphere for pupils. This represents merely the inaugural event in a series of planned activities designed to assist Filipino adolescents.

The widespread pandemic severely impacted the Philippines, not solely as a health emergency, but also through substantial interruptions to education. The FBM organization acknowledges the necessity of addressing this issue, asserting that furnishing resources to enhance learning environments for young individuals constitutes a crucial measure in constructing a more promising tomorrow.

Their initial “Leaders for Leaders” function aided the Camp Mateo Capinpin Primary School situated in Tanay. This endeavor delivered essential assistance to over six hundred students whose schooling was adversely affected by the pandemic. The FBM organization is dedicated to sustaining this program throughout 2023, with supplementary events scheduled for the months of April, August, and November. Their emphasis will persist on empowering young individuals confronting socioeconomic disadvantages.

VĂtor Francisco, the leader of the FBM Foundation, trusts in the impact of learning. He views it as crucial for conquering obstacles and shaping a brighter tomorrow. Francisco notes that education is frequently neglected, despite its significance. He stresses the FBM Foundation’s dedication to backing transformative learning programs, especially for marginalized populations. Their aim is to propel positive shifts and stand beside these groups on their path.
