The Alfa Romeo Sauber racing organization has secured a primary sponsorship agreement with the Stake platform and will now be recognized as the Stake F1 Team. The group will debut their 2023 contender, designated as the C44, in the early days of February.

Stake’s title sponsorship agreement extends their current collaboration with the team through the 2025 racing season. The team has revamped its social media presence to align with the new title sponsorship, now identifiable by the handle @stakef1team.

Alessandro Alunni Bravi, a representative for the Stake F1 Team, conveyed his excitement regarding the partnership, noting that Stake’s title sponsorship seemed like a logical evolution following their successful introduction into F1 during the previous season. He emphasized Stake’s contribution in broadening the sport’s appeal to fresh demographics through inventive campaigns featuring brand representatives such as Sergio Aguero and Karan Aujla.

The team, operating under the Sauber Group umbrella, is scheduled to reveal their 2023 vehicle, the C44, on the 5th of February.

Edward Craven, a co-founder of Stake, expressed, “We’re incredibly thrilled to unveil a vibrant, daring aesthetic for our Formula One team. It’s a brand-new chapter, and we’re commencing with vigor as the Stake F1 Team.”

He continued, “We’re all about velocity, exceeding limits, and generating innovative concepts. We’re primed to elevate our team to new heights and achieve significant victories in 2024 and beyond.” Craven alluded to ambitious plans for the times ahead, stating, “Prepare for some extraordinary occasions in the coming years. We’re poised to redefine what it entails to encounter the exhilaration of F1, both on and off the circuit. Fasten your seatbelts, because the Stake F1 Team is about to launch!”

However, there’s more. Rumors circulating in Australia suggest that Craven discreetly acquired a substantial portion of PointsBet, another prominent entity in the wagering realm, back in December. It appears Stake is making some strategic maneuvers for dominance!
